PROJECT TYPE: New Construction, Office Building GCCM (CMAR) Parking Structure - Design Build
DESCRIPTION: A 100,000 SF expansion for the County of Riverside’s administrative headquarters. The building is a half round (circular) building that is 5 stories high with 3 new elevators and a new plaster and glass window wall exterior. The building ties into an existing 14-story, fully occupied county building. On this same project we built a 700 car, 4 1/2 level poured in place parking structure that is approximately $8,500,000 in cost.
